Lunchtime walk : 1. How fresh the grass and trees smell after the rain this morning. 2. A large bush with purple flowers (lupins?) peering over a wall. 3. A St. George’s cross flag fluttering outside a bedroom window. |

Morning walk : The nature reserve was really peaceful this morning: 1. Birds singing 2. Ducks on the pond 3. Lush green trees and bushes Felt very good for the soul. |

@lin50 thank you, after a valiant battle mum passed Saturday. Noticing 3 things has helped me over the past 2 weeks. This morning pug walk and first pottle in a while... 1. Splendour of the dunes 2. Chats with early dog walkers 3. Dads cup of tea waiting for me. May you all have a wonderful day xx |
