Morning gonks. I have 93 coasters and 53 trophies to drop off for the running club - I designed them and collated all the info and they were made on a laser cutter after being cut by hand. I'll add some photos from my phone in a min.....it's been a bit of a stressful job but we got there in the end.

10k done. Was a bit cold to start but its nice and sunny. Back started complaining 4.5miles in but I had to get home do carried on slowly with a couple of stretch stops.

I am doing some running with a medal at the end of it tomorrow afternoon. Is the sort where you can run for up to 6 hours but I won’t do that as I never have before and tomorrow isn’t thw day to start!

It’s at the local university and I will be running on an athletics track for the first time. As the training plan for my half marathon needs me to run 10 miles then I will run many times round and round (41 I think - I need to check). And for added excitement it’s from 12-6 and when it goes dark they’re not going to turn the floodlights on so as I’m not planning on starting until about 3:30 I will get to run in the dark for a bit
