It's so lovely here I went for a run-walk up the hill, which was great and my knee was actually quite happy about it. Only trouble was, just as I left the last field to rejoin civilisation there are a few stone steps which were ridiculously slippery and I ended up flat on my back with the edge of one step digging into my upper back and a nasty wrench to my right wrist. I'm pretty sure no bones are broken but my wrist is a bit sore so if it doesn't settle in a few days I'll get it x-rayed to make sure.
