As for stats, all my runs are in the 70s. I'm surprised it's so high. Because I stop for photos, then 'speed' to catch up with Off Roader (8 - 9 mins/mile) and then run with her (10-11 mins/mile), until the next photo opportunity. |

I’ve had a few up at 93% - 94% and many lower. Lisbon marathon in October was 93%.
