As for stats, all my runs are in the 70s.
I'm surprised it's so high. Because I stop for photos, then 'speed' to catch up with Off Roader (8 - 9 mins/mile) and then run with her (10-11 mins/mile), until the next photo opportunity.

I've had a few runs at 96% and I think I had one at 97%. Looking forward to seeing the badges.

Yeah, I ran a 10 km at 96% last spring. It seems a bit laborious to find out.

I’ve had a few up at 93% - 94% and many lower. Lisbon marathon in October was 93%.

About This Thread

I want to make some badges to reward people for smooth pacing (see the 'Pacing' percentage on your training runs).

To help me design a couple of badges, can you help me come up with some good similes?

I'm thinking of stuff like "as smooth as a baby's backside", or "as smooth as Barry White drinking John Smiths".

I'll leave that with you.

But also... what's the highest pacing score you've had on your log? I typically get 94-95 on my consistent-paced ...
