Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

We're just watching it in our garden in Surrey. I have never seen it before.

I nearly missed the fuckers staring north. But it was the whole half dome of sky to the south that was on fire with it...

We are baiting in Cambridgeshire St Ives sat on back of the boat listening to tunes wondering of the aurora would arrive…. Nothing. Then saw amazing photos from people at home so went and took some photos. WOW so much activity we can’t see with the naked eye.

However I’m thinking the solar storm is preventing upload of pics to fetch so I’ll try tomorrow

Enjoy the free nature show

Had a very strong display near Cambridge, many colours, all easily visible by eye. I just watched it for well over an hour.
I did take some photos, but I'll sort them out later, I've got to get up at 5am so I need sleep now!
