swittle Dec 2022 12:07am, 14 Dec 2022 93,176 posts	0 swittle I should bliddy well say it's cold! Rainwater in the sand has frozen, so parts of the beach resembled badly laid concrete. Run tonight was fine once I'd warmed up: -3 deg C or so. 4 layers helped too
