Thanks everyone, I had a lovely time on the beach today and the sea was like a millpond and beautiful to swim/float around in. I didn't have any cake though.

I went for a run this evening as I'd decided to only walk in that London due to the heat. I'll have to catch up with all my messages from today on the train tomorrow. :)
