A new venue for me today for parkrun. So course PB guaranteed :) Decent route. Got my second fastest time this year despite it being like a furnace today.

Lovely post parkrun coffee, cheese scone (LG will disagree about the scone) and sitting in the sunshine.

Well done Kim, and TBCers.

I have survived a kid's birthday party - 9 x brand new to lino printing. Only 3 very minor prangs with carving tools, all sorted with a plaster! It was bloody warm.

I may have a snooze in a while. Trying to make sure I'm properly hydrated for a long run tomorrow.
