Sharkie, we got our mini bands from strength shop, they’re not the cheapest & delivery is charged on top. They’re decent enough, do the job. I think mini bands look quite flimsy but are stretchy enough to be robust.

Boxing science have some that look decent, I’ve not tried them so can’t vouch for their quality, they’re significantly cheaper the Strength Shop.

That's impressive, HK!

My Newt is to plant some rhubarb. I'm not sure how it will work out as I've used an old 50 litre kitchen bin. I drilled some holes in the base, half filled it with compost and put the rhubarb crown in it. I'm thinking I can put the lid on when I want to "force" the rhubarb. It's an experiment :)

I am struggling with a newt of any sort today. Although I did sign up a new volunteer at our RDA group today which while it is more her newt than mine I'm going to claim it in the absence of anything else.

I do like the idea of GM's newt though.

As long as you feed and water it regularly, it should work Gimme.

Starting a new year of my life will have to do for today. It’s been really rather a dull day for a birthday. I’m about to start a newt Terry Pratchett that I borrowed from my sister as well.

About This Thread

Most of you know the score. Much in the bizarre way Easter has come to mean Chocolate, Lent is mainly thought of as an opportunity to Give Up Chocolate. At least until Easter. You know what I mean, 'What are you giving up for Lent?' * I say NO to this. Away with the hair shirts and the deprivation. Let's embrace change and the NEW. Spring is a time of renewal - and restoration.

Soooooo..... you don't have to take up indoor sky diving like my partner's 90 year old mot...
