How to answer an either or question.
Do you like tomato sauce or brown sauce?
Yes.
To clarify, I don't like tomato sauce. However, I do like brown sauce.
And yes, I could answer that simple question with "brown sauce" but this is just an example. In reality, the question would have two very long options. So either I say "yes" or recite the long option back to the person.

Well, there's a John Ridd in R. D. Blackmore's book, a 'goody', and Carver Doone (a villain). Chapter 54 is called, 'Mutual Discomfiture'.
Beyond this, I'm equally baffled.

Perhaps, just perhaps, Lorraine Doone is her name.
That mask gives me the willies.

Explain, Chris? My instinctive response is 'they are' - or at least Tottenham is.

Re the dentistry practice This. Seen in Woking. I'm just baffled. Lorna Doone was set in the west country, and everyone knows that dentists tell you to “say aaarrr”.

In that case I must be wrong. I was reading about a proposal to extend Man City's seating outwards and wondered why they wouldn't add another tier.
