Congrats Sprout!!
I’ve not ran today as it was noticed last night that the top of my left foot is a bit swollen, not sure why it has been feeling a little tight lately & my calf has been tight too so bit more focus on rolling the calf and doing some stretches.
If anyone has any insight or thoughts on swollen foot please let me know I’m at a loss?

Sorry GG no advice but hope it settles down. 27/100 after a lovely chatty run in the rain this morning.

I’m going to assume that’s not this year’s total, Anna. 😉 Well done, that’s amazing. ⭐️
I’m out again this month. My own fault this time - stupidly ramped up my return to running too quickly and have aggravated my hamstring again. 😠 It’s a good job I love walking.

Aw, bad luck, Tikka! I do understand your frustration. In previous years I have not been able to resist the temptation to run and come back to it too soon. I hope you recover quickly.

Thanks Ness. I’m angry at myself but hopefully I’ve learnt my lesson. I haven’t been injured in years but this year is not going well!

Ha ha not likely Tikka, that’s my Fetch lifetime total (joined 2008). Commiserations, hope the hamstring niggle heals quickly 👍

Thanks, Anna. I'm frustrated because it *had* healed, and my first two runs back were pain-free, but then I ran too many days in a row and banjaxed it again. Lesson learnt; if and when I get back on the road, I'll be taking a more measured approach.
