Ooh, that's a nasty finish to every run CD. I thought mine was bad! G

I can always come down the hill from the other direction. Only trouble is, it’s an even nastier (longer, higher) climb to get up there 😁

I always finish my runs at the bottom of the hill round me and walk in (could be up to a mile depending when I give up haha) as a cool down
I don't actively do hill work - I know I should and have plenty to chose from (none are massive like yours CD!). I don't do "pain" so I tend to just run, run walk or run a bit faster with some walking

This is the little sting in the tail on my local home route. I can’t avoid it as even if I run that in reverse I end off with a hill of some level to get back home.

Well done. I'm taking some time off to recover after my dental work but am hoping to get a few more tomorrow morning. 🤞 Not my best month but on about 138 so far.

Another 4 and a bit gets me to 71.8/100. That might be it for the month. Lowest month total since December 2020, but I’m OK with that for a recovery month.

I have a similiar challenge - getting back home always involves a little bit of up!
Well done Hibeedeb and Rosehip. Hope you're feeling better soon Ness, sounds wise to let your body have some extra healing time.
I did manage to sneak out for a short lunchtime run after a meeting conveniently finished early so ending the month on 107.5/100, as there's definitely no running time tomorrow! Quite glad I'm not going to track tonight as my legs are still feeling the hills I found on yesterday's long run - it was a bit ploddy today!
