Morning! Thanksgiving weekend here, so we went to Ottawa to see my brother and his family and then I worked yesterday - I can never resist when there is more pay.

I’ve been summonsed to see the director this morning after my job interview Thursday. Hopefully good news, although I’ll be going into a real mess of a team so might regret it…

Thanks LD. I had a nasty cough early in the year when I did run the sum, so think this could be similar. Have some nasal spray and have clarted my chest in Vicks and am increasing my inhaler dosing.

I just turned down a meeting with the Swedish and Finnish ambassadors today (maybe one was Norwegian. Don't remember). No ferrero rochet on offer, hence I am pretending to be in quarantine ;) Your event sounds much more exciting.

A gentler day on the SWCP today. Started with a ferry to Torquay (because the buses are very busy and generally non masked), to then walk back to Brixham. Supposedly flat and gentle (compare to yesterday), but the elveation still looks like this

The saving grace is that the max elevation is about 1/3 of yesterday's.

And my all time, new favourite section of the SWCP, 1 mile of the A3022 between Torquay and Paignton. Sounds idyllic, doesn't it.
