very good SLG! I can do day 12! as is now standard mine are spread throughout the day then I do a panic check that I've done them all! 2 down 10 to go Calf raises on the bottom stair as I came upstairs then I shocked Ozzy by stopping on the landing at the top for press-ups! He likes to race you upstairs so my stopping was most inconvenient as this prevented him from winning!
