Day 8 done.
I much prefer doing this earlier in the day. I put it off today as I had other plans this morning and it has been harder. The sit ups were ok once I released my Fetch hoodie from under my and I could then move; I'd wondered why it was particularly difficult to get my shoulders off the floor

Day 8 done here too. I did the “crunches” version. The burpees and the planks are the biggest challenges but the wall sit gets the prize for the longest minute.

Day 8 done for me too - crunchies to protect my lower back. Side planks still a challenge, burpees are getting better. Just goes to show how daily practice helps 💪
