Day 4 done, though had to adapt with a press up from knees then turn on good toe to side plank, as per Pilates. Done in corridor outside my hotel room 😀

The T press-ups weren’t too bad but I seem to have lost my ability to do mountain climbers. No pictures again but done and off to roller my poor quads.

Finally did my T press ups. Not bad at all. I wouldn’t manage 4 normal press ups but could do them with the side plank between.

Day 4 done, with very achy arms from spending several hours this morning carrying boxes around our (fairly large) hospital - I work for an NHS charity and we were taking lots of treats around departments to say thank you to the staff teams. Experiments with doing mountain climbers and T-press ups on elbows was semi-successful!

Left that a bit late. But glad it's done. This time along with my other rehab exercises. If you could see your way to a few glute bridges and lateral leg raises, that would be grand. :-)
