Found pressups slightly easier with the twist. I usually just face plant. Oooh, and managed a whole 40s of mountain climbers today! Slow and inelegant but I'm still chuffed!

I’ve failed today. Covid & flu jags yesterday so arms & joints were sore this morning and my head pounding. Went back to bed! This evening was work then straight to Scouts then eating stovies at 2145. So now I’m full.

Will try to catch up by doing Day 4 in the morning and Day 5 in the afternoon tomorrow.

I am very impressed with all the effort going on here. Very motivational.
