Our Nori is growing into quite a mighty house panther, but continues to have the coordination and grace of a bag of potatoes. Occasionally, when he's not moving, he does look pretty impressive but I always seem to miss those moments with the camera.

He'd not been himself for a week; the vet initially thought it was his ongoing ear infection bothering him. But he went downhill very fast on Friday. He stopped meowing at us - a big thing for a talkative cat - and started to flop on the floor. He even flopped in his litter tray. Vet took him in; the initial plan was fluids overnight - he was dehydrated. But the blood tests basically told us he was on the way out. The only thing they could offer was palliative care for a very short time. So we said goodbye to him on Friday evening. He was 11 years old, with FIV, so we knew when we adopted him he was at risk of getting poorly, but we only had him for 11 months. It's quiet without him. 😢
