Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

That's so sad, EP :( We got a kitten that nobody wanted (sad face). Her mum had gotten out pre-spaying and had 4 kittens. They family kept 2; a relative took 1; but noone wanted lovely Katarina. How could I say no? It never occurred to me that I should have paid for her and I wasn't asked. I know the family so knew this was no kitten farm and that the cats were well loved and cared for.

I definitely don't want Katarina to have kittens as you literally cannot give them away! She is to be "done" on 1st Oct and it frankly cannot come soon enough as she is desperate to get out.

We took Ellie & Caspar in early May from a local charity; none of the big ones was rehoming at the time. We did a vetting by video call and emailed photos; they came round and chatted too but from a safe distance outside.

Cats and crochet: I have to make sure I don't leave balls of yarn around or Caspar makes a right mess with them! I don't think I've known a cat before who plays to that particular stereotype.

I rehoming Shelby by private arrangement, but I was vetted by WhatsApp video. Then I realised the person who vetted me and I have a lot of mutual friends so that was helpful. She has since seen my home and garden and Shelby is a darling when heโ€™s not chasing Poppy!
