7.8 miles with 5 x 800m intervals this morning. Hard work after the weekends running but pleased to have done it.

Wishing you all the best RFJ whatever you choose to do.

RFJ, only 3 miles to go for your 1,000 miles. What a great way to finish running with your family!
Good luck with the cycling which hopefully will be a suitable substitute for running, and best wishes for the future.
Ray and Linda are still with the club and I believe Ray was one of the founder members. They don't attend club training sessions, but do lead social runs. They both have an encyclopaedic knowledge of the New Forest, and Ray has one of the hills named after him by the club members.😁

Well done FF, that sounded like a tough session, but is the way ahead to increase pace.

Today is a much needed rest day after yesterdays long hilly run.

Tipping down with rain here today. Think the treadmill will be used - only problem is my family come and talk to me/ask what is for supper while I am running.

Heavy rain here too. I'm having another rest day as I have an ache in my right glute. Must be the after effects from Mondays tough, hilly LSD run.

Well done RFJ and a lovely last 3 runs if you do decide to hang up your shoes.

Mrsb I don't blame you about using the dreadmill today. I can't be bothered to lay mine down but today would normally be a rest day anyway.

Nice one RFJ. Lovely way to cross the 1000 mile line 🙂

8 miles for me today takes through 900, so the target is in sight 🙂
