Gosh, Toks, look after yourself, and take your time - this wretched virus does seem to linger.
You're all going to be impressively bendy when the lockdown is over!
Rest day today, nurses here this morning to take blood from Mum (2 of them, very large jolly ladies, like a double act in aprons and masks). Then did a couple of errands for her including a bit of shopping. We are well stocked up for several days now.
Another lovely day here.

Short run this morning, decided to revisit some of my old haunts as I'm back in Bradford. Out of 7 pubs where I spent quite a lot of my youth, only 2 are still pubs.
One is apparently going to be a dentist's surgery:

LOL Doc. Easy run a little later on...as I have a work quiz in a bit. I've finished for the day though work is so quiet for me at the moment, it's a nightmare. The network isn't behaving itself very well either, so that's even more of a bore.

Congratulations jabber 
Had a steady long run in the lovely sunny weather. Couldn't help but keep thinking 'I should have been on the train to London now', 'I should be at the Expo about now'. Oh well, counting my blessings too
