Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Afternoon :-)
Well done all those logging miles already today.

I got my 11km done for RtS - I felt utterly broken by the end of it, not injured but absolutely wiped out, end of marathon tired...BUT...I did get my 100 mile badge when I got back so all worth it :-)

I have done a couple of 100 mile months before - but not since 2007! :-O so way before badges were a thing.

I did 7 miles while getting RtS done including helping out some walkers with reading a map and limbo dancing beneath an electric fence in a field of horses as one of the silly beggers had parked itself in the kissing gate 🤣

7 miles run with my club so very grateful I didn’t have to come home and finish it off. Great run with some new faces and a lovely crisp sunny day with no wind also helped.

94 miles which is my lot for the month, and also a lot (for me).

Ordinarily I’d have an opportunity to run on a Monday morning, but tomorrow I don’t. That’s good as I need a rest day and otherwise I’d be tempted to do 6 miles tomorrow when the rest would do me more good. I think I’ve done 34 miles this week. I am tired.

I got my 11k done in four segments with some walking in between. I have inadvertently broken MrS though by aggravating his hernia which is quite upsetting :-( he has been doing a lot of zwifting lately there is a thin line between strengthening and straining

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
