Speaking of which I've taken today as a rest day. Yesterday I clocked over 300km of rowing for the 5th consecutive month.

I have successfully used my long-forgotten and never really competent SQL skills to create a training record using the performance data from one bike ride and the latitude and longitude from a course I plotted in Fetch.
