I've often seen different makes of the same products marked as xx per 100g and xx per 100ml. Surely it should either be one or the other. It's a gear grinder for me.

Someone clearly had a bad morning at the sorting office, and messed up not just my round but also at least two others. What should have taken me just under 2.5 hours actually took over 5, what work having to re-sort everything as I was going, and occasionally double back by quite a long way for a really out of sequence important letter.
This is only a minor disaster because it hasn't really disrupted any other plans for the day (because I didn't have any), and I will get paid for the overtime. Also, because mine wasn't the only round affected it's clear that the problem wasn't just me being rubbish and new.
I am, however, a little crispy round the edges now, as I didn't take anything with long sleeves or think to reapply sunscreen.

I accidentally attached to wrong spreadsheet to an email I sent out to a wide distribution. Fortunately, one of my close colleagues noticed my mistake and quickly let me know so I recalled the original message and replaced it with the correct version.
The incorrect spreadsheet contained lots of personal information about how things like running, walking, drinking books read, music listened to, tv and films watched purchases made, places visited!

The plumber came to service the boiler this morning. We've been having to restart it every morning (it would be 'relight the pilot light', if pilot lights still existed.) It needs a new PCB and OH's guess of a cost of £250 plus VAT plus labour was all too accurate.

Sam is very amused that while my shoulders and be outer arms are now quite crisped, the inside of my upper arms remains alabaster white. My priority now is to prevent this becoming a bigger disaster, and developing a level of skin damage that might stop me getting a half sleeve tattoo in the next few weeks. Right now I think I'm about in the sweet spot where the contrast will just be optimally enhanced for an all white ink tattoo.

Driving along the motorway this morning a stone flew up and chipped the windscreen with what I now know is called a star crack. Our insurance will pay for the repair without affecting our NCB. But the earliest appointment is next Friday which will delay our next trip down the motorway.
