I brought my knitting out in the car with me but forgot the cable needle. It's only a minor disaster because I have a book and my 'phone and unfamiliar scenery.

I think one of our indoor succulents has bitten the dust. I am trying to revive it. Cuttings. The works.

Had my last PT session with one of my favourite coaches this morning They are all excellent but he had that knack of getting you to push yourself just that bit further without you noticing!! He's off to join the fire service.

Not so much me as our bank balance: OH has returned from the dentist with a schedule of appointments for two extractions followed eventually by two implants.
*shakes fist at the gods of genetics which gave him the awful teeth his family is prone to*

My watch is stuck in 'arrow down' mode again.
The only way to fix it is to connect it to a computer, but I left my personal laptop in Brussels and won't be there again until Tuesday. So no watch for me for the next few days

I arrived at church wearing shorts & t-shirt to be told that I was doing the reading. I denied it, but my name was printed on the rota. The reading was fine despite a few difficult names, but after the service I learned that someone else was expecting to do it and had prepared it.

You couldn't make this up... Just four days after coughing up £1100 for a new bumper etc on our car, OH scraped said bumper on a wall (he reckons the sensors 'didn't work' which is frankly bollocks) and the only difference is that we can have this damage repaired and not need another new bumper. Another £600+ bill though.
