I was tempted to nip out Mon am but you had put just enough distance between us for me to have a lie in. I must have opted out this week so I’m enjoying running a few loops, it feels so wrong and inefficient though.

I daren’t look to see if the bug’s gone 🤣 A very tidy game in your corner, thank you JCB. Worryingly efficient & mine look messy.

My Monday morning commute won't get uploaded before midday unless I'm on a night shift. My training I uploaded last night hasn't arrived yet, nor have today's cycle commutes.

Just happens that i was a bit couldn'tbearsed today and did a deliberate 9 mile squares run for the first time in about 12 weeks to motivate me. Everything else i do is cycling to the shops or running on my way out of the big square.
