Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I've found that iOS is slow to pick up the latest updates (to my cost when trying to join club rides back in the Spring). It seemed to go: update released Wed/Thu by Zwift, everyone else gets it Thu/Fri, my Sun club ride totally goosed, Mon/Tue iOS finally catches up.

I know there was a new update for Zwift Companion last week and I don't think I've had it yet (iPad Air and iPhone 6S).

Ios update did the trick. Used to take about 10 seconds to flip over from course to race. Last night it was instant. Feel like a doofus for not doing it sooner. Only apathy had stopped me

Got a new frame for tonight's TTT - looking forward to a slightly easier (or perhaps faster) ride :-)

It's the Factor One which is the best I can manage at my lowly status. I expect the gains are pretty marginal really. Based on what I've read, I could really do with losing 30cm off my height instead.

Zwift insider have tested everything and whilst the frame do make a difference, more so on the climbs, the gains are marginal whereas wheel selection can make a much bigger difference, however, still not massive.

As for it being easier, you should know better... ;)

Another podium for me today, more big power just to stay in touch. My profile is a time trialler and as such I do struggle even now with the 1 to 2 min efforts.

Hill climb training helps but I am never going to 8Wkg for a minute

LOL Simbil - as a TT bike there are faster frames :¬)

Currently out of drops, I already got the ENVE SES3.4 which with hindsight might not have been the top choice but will do for now.

Tron is still just a little way away...50 weekly alps is my plan - well, about 43 more now :-)

Never done a TTT - presumably they are drafting? If so, the link above is the one you'd want rather than the pure TT setups.
