I did a bit of long jump in school believe it or not. Wasn't good though but was told that too body forward and all that

Just heard an interview with Katherine Grainger. The interviewer was saying how he remembered her being there ( BBC Scotland) doing media work during the Commonwealths and she said that was when she realised she still thought of herself as a competitive athlete and decided to get back to it. Wouldn't be surprised if in a couple of years (assuming she did quit now) Jess thinks the same.

And from what she did or didn't say, think KG might still be in a boat at the next Commonwealths.

Sumgong finishes a marathon in my half marathon time give or take 5 minutes...bloody hell :-)
