My entry for the advent calendar challenge.

I think we need conquercise badges for number of zones owned, and the badges could represent large landowners. As copyright logos won’t be allowed, here’s my random image of oak leaves to represent the National Trust.

My effort is the dawn of civilisation badge, for being a Fetchie for 15 years with other badges to be made for 10, 5 and 1 years. I know you don't have the data of when people joined but we could just agree to go by first training log entry.
