The people make it special - missed all those who couldn't make it. The 30 degree man might not have been an ace photographer, but he had a very friendly dog. Nice to run through the sights of London and the Thames:

Putney - Barnes section.
Great spot by GordonG of the elevated swimming pool at 9 Elms.
McGoohan's diversion - adds 2 hours to the racetime:

Thanks to all invovled in the arrangements

Some other bridges in London:

I enjoyed the Oxford trip - if there are other places with suitable bridges. Unfortunately Königsberg (Kaliningrad) looks not possible at present

Maybe another Reading outing?
Thanks for booking the pub SK, it's a good venue I think, they're very tolerant of a load of sweaty runners turning up late. Good food too!

It was a good pub. Though when I ordered a side dish of a bowl of new potatoes and it came mashed, that was a little unexpected 😅

I really could have done with joining this, it would have been balm for the soul. As it was I spent some quality time looking at trees with a 2.5 year old and collecting sticks.

I’m definitely in for March, whatever else is going on.

@Sweetie mentioned that San Sebastian has a lot of bridges :-)

We did at one point think about Bristol, and I enjoyed the Oxford iteration. But the good thing about London, as I and others demonstrated yesterday, it's easy to tailor the distance to suit a range of Fetchies.

Yes, I was quite serious, we could do 9-10 bridges easily in San Sebastian. As long as you avoid school holidays, there are cheap flights from Gatwick to Bilbao and my flat used to be an airbnb so everything folds out into a bed, would sleep 8 - just saying... :-)
