Apparently, I have intermittent broadband, what's new? And they have locked my email account... I got an email about that too and it wants me to put in new login details, but... i can't put in new login details because, well, they locked me out! Last time this took a whole day to sort...

I tried Spanish classes before lockdown but they were held in a pub and I'm very uncomfortable with going into a pub. Learning at home sounds good. I found a YouTube teacher but it was Latin American Spanish and American English so not ideal for going to Spain.
