Ah, I love the way dogs find the spots on the floor where the heating pipes run :-)

My sister, owner of Naughty Lottie, was down this weekend. My comments about her behaviour and feeling a bit put upon have obviously hit home, because Lottie is off to a week's bootcamp somewhere near Chesterfield to learn how to walk properly on-lead, and not to jump up. I don't think boot camp is the answer - they should do it themselves, maybe with a one to one trainer, but I hope it makes her six week stay with us after Christmas a bit easier to manage.

They have also found a home boarder in the next village who will have her when they go skiing in the New Year, before the Oz trip. I think they got the message that we would not have her for that holiday as well!

Poor Lottie, she's really not a bad dog and with better manners she'd be delightful. I do wonder why they bothered to get another dog as their lifestyle really isn't compatible with dog ownership.

My two are also sleeping, but they’re confined to the utility’s room as Stella stinks from rolling in fox sh1t a couple of hours ago.

Rory is not here :-( He's gone away until Wednesday as I am having most of the downstairs painted and the thought of a dog:gloss paint interface was just more than I could deal with. I miss him, but I'm also quite glad I don't have to prevent him 'investigating' all the new things that are currently lying around.

Poor Lottie indeed LD. She'll be wondering where exactly she is supposed to call home by the sound of it.

Good call with Rory I think Maz. I'm not sure I'd want Wanda anywhere near any painting going on.....

Dog:gloss interface doesn't sound appealing. Especially if you get the very fine floating hairs from Rory.

Did I mention last year at the national agility finals when I put Jet into the business end of a space like this and he ran straight past all the hurdles and out of the other end in search of the burger van or similar?

If Indi has done the same then Jet says 'High 5'.

I’m quite reassured to know that even Indi has ‘moments’. Sorry D2.

I painted my bedroom with Ernie’s company about 2 years ago. He was mostly fine actually.

Whatever Indi has done, that looks an amazing arena. I do miss the time in my life when I was a regular visitor to those, usually coming home totally humiliated and often having fallen off, but still having had the best fun!
