My mermaid blanket is complete. I love it,but I'll do it differently next time as I don't think I've left much growing room in it. Plus I think I want one too!

Love it M4P
You could easily add some rows to the top if you have enough yarn left. Do a slightly different pattern so it looks deliberate!

It's a bit narrow for me to use, I really cut the pattern width down, but it is great for the kids. I may add on to the top, it's just trebles before the shells start so I could do some more rows, I'll see how it goes for E 5.6 when she's home.

Little biscuit
I'm knitting a Flamborough pattern gansey. Any advice on how to stop the wool twisting as I knit? I started with the long steel needles but found them unwieldy so have settled for a circular needle instead. At the moment I'm holding it up and letting it spin to untwist. That's ok for now but I'm only just past the welt!

No idea, Little biscuit. My sister knitted a gansey a long long time ago and I can't remember if the wool twisted and if it did, what she did about it. I would do what you are doing by letting it spin - and using a circular needle.
Nice tail, M4P!
