Just hung out a second machine, horrible cold wind, nearly froze my fingers off doing the bloody socks.

Lovely day here but a huge disaster, can't hang the washing out, there's a hole where the line should be!

Got two loads out, the hole is still there, but the whirly's base was just outside the barrier so I moved them to get it back out. Just have to watch that not to fall in the hole.

Terminology: 'Fluffing' -- Going out and runninng your hands over the washing just to feel whether still moist. Sometimes not needed but we all like to fluff

'Melvyn' - where you run you fingers through your washing, you think it's damp but you're not sure. It could be dry. You leave out or take in? you've done a Melvyn'.

Also for sharing photos of 'Extreme pegging'. Plastic or wooden they are all embraced here :)
