JogWalker Nov 2020 11:06am, 29 Nov 2020 315 posts	0 JogWalker Not quite broken. Just need some rest days after going for a Run The Sum this month. Just the 3k tomorrow to complete. I was feeling really good/ great but I made the mistake of taking this as a sign that I could try to better my time over 10 miles to improve my UTMOST score. So, on Wednesday I set out to do this, and 10 miles turned into a half marathon. Would normally rest but Thursday was 8k, Friday 9k, 10k yesterday and 11 this morning. Kna**ered now BUT I did get new PBs for 15k, 10 miles and the half.
