Saw a crow today “fencing” with its reflection in my neighbour’s delivery moped rear view mirror. It kept popping round the back to try to fool the “other crow”.

I find it interesting how different the common garden birds are for the different posters on here. We get jays visiting our garden most days, often a few times, but we never ever get house sparrows, for example.

We have never seen a sparrow within a mile of here, but looking out the window right now I have 2 jays, a GSW, 2 stock doves, 4 varieties of tit, 3 greenfinches and a mob of goldfinches.

We get a lot of tree sparrows, but never any house sparrows. I guess they're in the towns.
