Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

More cuckoos in a different part of the forest. Buzzards as wll.

And quite a few lapwings - not liking our presence and letting us know it.

I keep looking out for swifts but so far I've only seen swallows. I popped down to the river last evening and someone pointed to a woodpecker nest where mum & dad kept flying in and out and the babies were chirping away. heart Then I heard a cetti's as I rode away. My ride was topped out by seeing the pair of swans with their babies on the mill pond, too far away to count them but at least 5 I think. :)

Stef bought me this for my birthday. It was made by a local artist Jane. It is utterly exquisite

good news about the ducklings flanker! That is a gorgeous present DT!

I came in to say; "I'VE SEEN A SWALLOW!" First one in spring for three years!!! So lovely.

Will it find the barn, will it like it, will it nest?

Holds breath.......
