Yes we’re all duathlete scum for the next month. Not that I’ll be cycling until the wind drops, which isn’t forecast till Tuesday. If you’re serious about the YouTube thing Greppers please forward the link. |

I've been told to pop over here. I have a trisuit that has only been used once/twice and needs a new home. Size 8 ladies Orca. I'll stick it in the post. |

Raced last night around on the Volcano KOM 23k, it's basically the Watopia flat route with a trip up and down the volcano thrown in. I got another sub 10 up the hill so that was ok and came in 38th out of all finishers. A hilly longer bike today on the Innsbruck map only 50k but almost 2:30 in the saddle. Wanger for October Swim 1.9 miles 1hr:24min Bike 467 miles 28hr:44min Run 19 miles 3hr:20min DVD extras Signed up for Etape Loch Ness, they only had charity places left but it gives me something to train for. |
