Who has ever heated something up on anything other than max power setting? The defrost setting can be very handy

Who has ever heated something up on anything other than max power setting? I regularly use the lower power modes to start reheating food - for things I don't want to nuke. Useful for rice so it heats nicely.

Rugby could become one of the biggest sports in the world but currently they're competing against each other for things like players, fans, resources, income, etc, doing neither any favours. That's particularly true of smaller countries where rugby L or U are trying to establish a fan base.
