Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Phil, might be worth a hard reset! What model do you have?

I have been considering resetting it for a while as the battery usually gives up long before I have finished a marathon (not long after 4 hours). Anyway, it's a Garmin Forerunner 10 - cheap and cheerful off of eBay.

try pressing and holding the light button for 15secs. That should reset it but not lose any settings I think (it's a long time since I had a FR10). That might be enough. If not you can go the whole hog and factory reset it but you'll need to change the settings again to get it set up how you like it.

That might have sorted it. Thanks, cw.

I just showed the Garmin my wife and she saw the problem for herself. I thought there was an issue when the times on my Garmin and laptop did not change within a couple of seconds of each other. Now synchronised as before.

Reggaeton. Music genres in general confuse me. Reggaeton doubly so.

How to identify edible vs poisonous mushrooms.

It's easy to mix them up - they just look so similar..!!

Doesn't help that it has little or nothing to do with reggae...

Mushroom, there are certain ones it's very difficult to mix up - chicken of the woods and shaggy ink caps are my favourites (don't pick your COTW off an elm)

Mushroom - basically all boletes are safe. OK, there are one or two bad tasting ones, but you'll not die and soon learn. No gills basically, see here wildfooduk.com Oh, and chanterelles are easy to learn. We get loads near us.
