They lead with the best pictures first (of course) but there is a growing damp problem as you go from room to room. Some photos seemed to be positioned so you can't see too much water damage.

I must have cycled past that loads of times when I was at university in Dundee, back when the Pickletillum Inn was still going. A bike ride over the bridge and around the north of Fife was a regular thing. Really handy location unless you want to travel by air.

There is also that wonder about how bad all the other rooms are...... Definitely a lottery win required for maintenance and running costs. But just imagine a ceilidh in that ballroom.
