Prefer running XC in my Walshs, so much easier if there's any road / hard packed trail on the course. 2nd of the East League XC races today. It seems like there are no other females going so neither am I, no point in going along to make up team numbers if there's no team. I was 5th last at the last one so it's not like I did much for the team anyway. I quite like XC but don't like being crap at it...

I ended up taking myself up to the hilly woods this afternoon and did my own personal cross-country. I think I'd have been cleaner if I'd gone to the race!!
