Clearly the youngsters stop turning out and it's the oldies that keep on plodding! I was good at not watch-watching today, but just kept an eye out for the usual suspects to guage pacing.

Dustin 4 Jan 10:16pm, 4 Jan 2025 167 posts	0 Dustin Counties for me too (Hampshire). 11.4km for men. More making up the numbers for me but managed a solid if unspectacular run. The U20 and Senior Women raced together (9km for both), the U20 men started with the Senior/Vets, but just did 3 laps rather than 4 , so also 9km for them. Regular league next week, then we skip a week before the South Of England Champs...
