I ran Parilament hill 2 weeks ago and it was awesome. This cross country seems to wreck me though. Last year I wrecked my left ankle, exactly 53 weeks later I wrecked my right ankle. Hobbling around a bit now and doubtful I'll be running before next year

Our ladies XC are a bit wimpy in comparison! Good Luck to EVERYONE running a XC race over the weekend. Wrap up warm afterwards! Sarah - I think that I will enjoy it - I mean what's the point in bothering if you don't enjoy it?!!
