Bog snorkel packed in preparation for Culham Park, as are custom spiked flippers.
I intend to keep out of the wind in the back straight by swimming down the river.

I've run part of it before I think at some Ranelagh handicap or other....the good thing is that this course doesn't include Spankers Hill Wood hill..! You get to run two large laps Kieren 'cos you are a boy, I only have to do one large and one small. Can't decide about spikes or not...
