Am wondering if there was a miss-understanding as VMLM has stated this on the website: so why have a 7.30 pacer if the roads are opening at 7 hours? None of this excuses the behaviour of the contractors doing the dismantling - which was outrageous!

Also it seems something went wrong with the wave starts asthe last wave didn’t start until after 11am, so I guess there was nothing in the plan to allow for an issue like this. One of the worst things I’m reading is the number of people saying they have skin issues from the cleaning chemicals being sprayed. The cleaning companies surely would have trained their staff in the hazards of these chemicals so it’s appalling they would operate the sprayers so close to the runners.

The alledged behaviour of the dismantling contractors was also appalling.
