Flatlander
I've succumbed and looked up the No.1 single on my birthday. I've never heard of the song or the group, and I very much doubt that any of you have, despite the group allegedly being quite popular at the time. Out of curiosity, I found a youtube record of the song and listened to it. How awful! I can't make up my mind if it was the normal style of the time, or a joke song (a metaphor for my life? ). No, I'm NOT going to tell you what it was - I have no desire whatsoever to be associated with that song! |

Stroke of luck today. There was an all day training course of the sort I have hated all my working life. I seemed to have been missed off the invite list and while all my colleagues trudged off miserably I managed To do some work.

She is a lovely song. Bazo, lucky escape! We've got a thing called [Insert Crp Name] Week. Not day, week! ARGH! I had to turn the sound off on the live stream. Wooops and cheering and everyone loving everyone and everything. Ewww. Shudder. On plus side, sailing post retirement project is progressing. G |

There were two 50 YEAR awards. That's giving your life to a company, surely?
