Basically organising involves booking the track and maybe the clipboard and stopwatch.
And finding a suitable post mile pub

If you're a professional like LA, you also provide numbers and safety pins (pre-grouped in fours) and organise groups based on predicted times. And bake a cake. And take care not to use the wrong start line!
