PRF also told me there's a track on the way out to Adel (sp?) as well thats kind of useful - I think thats part of the university sports bit (but I cant get there by running so less useful for me )

Ah, yes Spenborough! Quite a way from Leeds really.
The one "on the way to Adel" is probably track at the Leeds Met Beckett's Park campus - my son trains there with his Tri cluib.

I am not local - explain the Shudder?!?
I travel up from London and use that track every other Friday - its fab! Far better than Battersea because its unused (although the gym is always busy)
