1hr15 of gym work tonight (recovering from rather a long run at weekend!) so 6 sets leg stretches, including my escentric contractions for achilles, then bar and dumbell work chest, arms, shoulders etc. situps, plank, side planks, power plate, foam roller and another set of stretches. Amazing what you can get in on a non-run day! Pilates tomorrow, and I get to do a wee, short run too. :-)G

No core work for me last week I did have three races in eight days, but if I'm honest that's just an excuse. I WILL do a core workout tonight, and if I haven't reported back by 9pm then I expect to be berated

Squats, single leg dead lifts, lat pull downs, plyo push ups, hamstring curls and plank four ways during my home-made gym session yesterday.
I ache.
